For anything urgent — an active leak, storm damage or a safety concern — a phone call is always quickest, and we'll do our best to get to you the same day. For everything else, a message with a few details and photos lets us give you a more useful first response. Either way you'll be dealing directly with the local team that does the work, not a call centre.

The more you can tell us about your project, the more useful our first response will be. Helpful details include the type of work you need, your property's location and approximate age, the problem you're trying to solve, and a few photos if you have them — but don't worry if you're not sure, we'll guide you through it.

What happens after you contact us

We respond to enquiries the same business day wherever possible. For most jobs we'll arrange a free on-site assessment at a time that suits you, then follow up with a clear written quote. There's never any obligation to proceed, and we won't pester you afterwards.

We're just as happy to look at a single gutter repair as a full home renovation. Plenty of our work starts with a small enquiry — a leak, a tired deck, a room that needs painting — and grows into something larger once we've talked it through. As a registered building company, everything we quote is backed by a workmanship warranty as per your quotation, on top of any manufacturer warranties on the materials. If anything about the quote isn't clear, just ask — we're happy to talk it through line by line.
