Full-timeInstall, repair, and replace roofing systems across residential and commercial properties. Experience with iron, tiles, and membrane roofing preferred.
Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP)
Full-timeLead residential renovation and construction projects from site assessment through to project completion. Strong communication and client management skills essential.
Civil Construction Labourer
Full-timeSupport our civil construction team on driveway, excavation, and slab foundation projects. Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are the main requirements.
Qualified Painter
Full-time / ContractInterior and exterior residential painting, including roof painting and protective coatings. Experience with preparation, priming, and premium coating systems preferred.
Carpentry Apprentice
ApprenticeshipWork alongside our experienced carpenters on renovation, deck, and fit-out projects. We'll support your trade training qualification from day one.

Working at My Homes Construct Ltd
My Homes Construct Ltd is an Auckland construction and home-improvement company working across roofing, guttering, renovation, painting, decking, fencing and civil construction. Because we carry out most trades in-house rather than subcontracting everything out, people who join us get variety in their week — one month you might be on a re-roof on the North Shore, the next on a bathroom renovation in West Auckland.
Who we look for
We hire qualified tradespeople, apprentices and hammer hands who take pride in tidy, safe work and are comfortable dealing with homeowners face to face. A full New Zealand driver licence and reliable transport help, since our jobs are spread right across the Auckland region. Site Safe awareness and relevant trade qualifications are valued, but attitude and workmanship matter most.
